We want you to be confident in choosing WinDNA. This policy explains when refunds apply.

Before sample collection

If you cancel your order before your sample collection kit has been dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund.

After dispatch or collection

Once a kit has been dispatched or a sample has been collected and processing has begun, the cost of materials and laboratory work means the order is generally non-refundable. We will always try to resolve genuine issues fairly.

Damaged or faulty kits

If your kit arrives damaged or faulty, contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
